The Sun Bucket hat by Outdoor Research is pretty damn handy. There are a lot of features crammed into it. Two of my favorites are its ability to be rolled up and shoved in your pocket or day-pack, as well as being able to cinch down the shock cord so that it can fit my son on blazing hot hikes.
