Today I take a look at a truly technical garment, the Testa Softshell L5 Pant by Beyond Clothing…
While most of my clothes do double, or triple duty, being worn most everywhere, these pants are made for adventure in the mountains, and usually in colder months. The softshell material is 4 way stretch and treated with DWR. And the inside is a soft brushed lining, which feels great. While I am not a fan of zippered pockets, they do a good job of keeping you from losing things and double for mechanical venting.
I have used them on lots of adventures in the backcountry, as well as skiing, and plenty of time on the range too.
