There will always be a spot in my heart for switchblade knives… …which is in part why I like the Mediator Knife by Benchmade. 🙂
The Mediator is an automatic knife. It relies on spring tension to deploy the blade out the side of the handle. Accomplished by depressing a recessed button towards the top of the handle. It also features a safety to keep both from accidentally depressing the button as well as to lock the blade in the open position during use.
