Today I take a look at the Responder IFAK by Live The Creed.
This IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) is a concise and well thought out trauma kit. Not made for bumps or scrapes, it is set up to handle serious trauma, to include gunshots. Inside the kit you will find QuickClot Combat Gauze, NAR HyFin Vent Compact Chest Seal Set, 28fr Nasopharyngeal Airway w/Lube, H&H Mini 4″ Israeli Bandage, 5.5″ Trauma Shears and a pair of Tan XL Bear Claw Gloves. You also have the option of a Tourniquet Holder and CAT Tourniquet attached to the bottom of the kit.
The Responder IFAK is low profile and can be attached to a number of different setups. Either on your belt, armor, backpack or anywhere with PALS webbing. It is easy to deploy one handed as well. You can find the Responder IFAK here.
