Everything taught during those two days directly relates to self defense. Everything from continually drawing out from concealment one handed, to how to handle knives, to a incredibly thorough mindset talk.
This is not the course for putting on battle belts, plate carriers and the like. It is where you show up with your EDC (Every Day Carry), both clothes and weapons, and find out how to use those tools.
