Taking a 1st Look at some cool new stuff! The Radian Weapons Afterburner and Ramjet for a Glock 19 Gen 5 from Shooting Surplus, and the B&T M.A.R.S. Suppressor.
I got to check out the Afterburner and Ramjet some time ago, before it was ready to be released. It is Radian’s barrel and compensator made for Glock Pistols. It is a pretty cool setup and turnkey, which is awesome. Rather than a random threaded barrel and some sort of comp that may or may not work with the barrel, you get the two that were made for each other. And still fitting in my G17 FO3 Holster by Black Point Tactical.
After seeing the M.A.R.S. (Miniature Assault Rifle Suppressor) at SHOT Show 2022, I finally got my hands on it. It is the dedicated 5.56 suppressor that B&T submitted for the Marine Corps Suppressor Program (which unfortunately got tabled). First impressions? Really pleased with it. Sounds great and my 11.5″ SOLGW (Sons Of Liberty Gun Works) shoots amazing with it.
While I was off to a rough start between some bad ammo and the weather, I look forward to putting in more time with all of it and eventually bringing you full reviews.
