Today I take a 1st Look at the Blackout Defense Quantum DTL Rifle and the Jalapeño from Dillion Rifle Company…
Blackout Defense is a small AR-15 manufacturer that came over the Aerospace and Defense side of the engineering world. With that, they have incorporated some cool stuff in their Quantum DTL (Duel Taper Lock) Rifles. From their barrels, to their triggers, to their machining process. Some pretty cool stuff.
As for Dillion Rifle Company, I first saw them at SHOT Show 2022 and got to take a look at their Jalapeño. What an awesome product. Basically a barrel / suppressor scabbard that was originally designed for their M139 Minigun. So they could transport it after shooting without burning everything it touched.
Same goes with the Jalapeño and your suppressed rifle. After shooting my 5.56 Sugar Weasel by Q LLC, with their Jumbo Shrimp Silencer, and getting it smoking hot, I just bagged it and left the range. Pretty rad.
