Shooting steel targets if fun. And, steel gong targets are pretty inexpensive. The issue I have found though, (especially with the smaller gongs) is they move… A Lot. This is a simple hack you can do to your steel gong which will allow the target to come back on line faster, for quicker follow up shots. Whether you are shooting pistol or rifle (at safe distances) this will reset your target quickly.
*Disclaimer* Make sure the target has plenty of room to absorb the impact. Or you will hurt yourself. Bad.
