I have really grown to love the 5.56 Honey Badger. On the one front, if you are going less than 16″, then go the whole way and select appropriate ammo. The only reason people landed on 12.5″ is because they struggled with reliability with shorter lengths. This solves that and weighs 4.5lbs slick. Pretty rad.
