After my 1st season skiing, here is my takeaway from my Alpine Touring Setup from Salomon…
I’ve put a lot of miles and a lot of runs on this setup. Learning to ski along the way. From 20 mile backcountry adventures with my buddy Bill Rapier, to skinning up and skiing down with Chris Simmons. Not to mention all the runs at Lookout Pass, Red Lodge and White Fish. The long and short of it, it’s rad. Such a fun set up that allows you to move from the slopes to the backcountry in seconds.
And the process of learning a new skill is amazing. It is so much fun to be challenged and on the path of discovering new things, rather than just staying in your comfort zone.
