Staying hydrated is always important. At times it can be difficult, such as when you are actively involved in a task or activity. So having an easy way to stay hydrated is a solid win. This Hydromedary Kit by MSR does a great job for me. It is built rugged with a 200D Cordura shell, stout grommets for hanging it, a high flow bite valve with a inline shutoff… Lots of great features at a good price. Not to mention, being made by MSR, the threads on the opening match up with the MSR Miniworks EX Microfilter.

I really like the 200d Cordura that this system uses. Since the bladder isn’t always in a purpose built sleeve, it still has some protection against things it may bang into inside my pack.
