Unity Tactical makes a number of great mounts that lend themselves to heads up shooting as well as passive shooting through Night Vision and Gas Masks. Using the same concept of raising the centerline of the optic, they released their FAST LPVO (Low Power Variable Optic) mount in both 30mm and 34mm ring size.
While I love the concept on red dots, it doesn’t suit my use case for a LPVO. However, if you usually use your LPVO like a red dot, on 1x and like heads up shooting, this is a solid choice for an optic mount.
