Brownell’s Retro M16E1 & Chase Tactical LVPC: 1st Look

Welcome to 1964…

I recently got in a Brownell’s Retro Rifle, their M16E1 Clone. This is the first time I got a chance to take it out to the range. I will say, it is a lot of fun, complete with 20 round magazines!

I initially shot the Runenation Cold Start with it, right out of the box. Didn’t quite make the par time… After that though, I got it zeroed with some Minuteman Munitions 55gr, had a little fun at 50 yards and then took it out to 200 yards on a B/C Reduced Steel Silhouette by TA Targets. I’m looking forward to spending more time with this rifle.

Also new in is the Chase Tactical LVPC (Low-Visibility Plate Carrier) with lvl 4 standalone plates. Some solid features and well thought out designs on it as well.

As I put in more time with both of them, I’ll bring you full reviews.

How is your Iron Sights game? Because this is happening…
Brownell’s has done an awesome job, down to the box and the instruction manual.
