There are some cool guns in the history of the AR platform. One of which is the AR-18 that Eugene Stoner worked on. A piston driven AR from the ground up. Not trying to retrofit a design, but literally from the word go, designed as a piston gun.
Brownells brought it back to life with some modern touches. Such as billet receiver and hand guard, better barrel steel, adjustable gas system and some other improvements. The finished product is an awesome little gun that pays homage to a cool history.
