While there are a lot of LPVOs (Low Power Variable Optic) on the market, Atibal was the first to bring out a 1-10. Giving shooters the ability to use the scope on 1x magnification, similar to a red dot, or turn it all the way up to 10x to be able to refine their sight picture and identify targets.
I’ve use the Atibal X 1-10×30 FFP Scope for a number of months. Shooting it on my prototype 5.56 Sugar Weasel by Q, as well as competing in Desert Brutality 2020 with the scope mounted on a AR-10 by American Defense Manufacturing.
Having a magnification range of 1x to 10x is pretty nice. It opens up the opportunity to squeeze more out of your rifle with respect to engagement distances, as well as readily identify targets and even range using the Mil reticle.
