Today I take a 1st Look at the Dead Air Sierra-5, Unity Tactical CLUTCH Belt and the Monolithic Twin Mount by Echo Arms…
The Sierra 5 Silencer by Dead Air is their new dedicated 5.56 can. While you can shoot most any of their centerfire suppressors on a 5.56 / .223 rifle, this one is made specifically for the AR-15. It is even full auto rated. I end up putting it on my Quantum Dual Taper Lock Rifle by Blackout Defense.
I also get to try out a pretty interesting, albeit niche, piece of gear. The CLUTCH Belt by Unity Tactical. A low profile solution to carrying 1st line gear that can be put on and taken off quickly, all while maintaining a really low profile.
And lastly, the Twin Mount by Echo Arms. A pretty clever tactical light body that puts both of your lights, in this case a CR-123 battery and 18350 battery cell next to each other. Letting you put whatever light head or tail cap on it you want. For my own part, I put a B.E. Meyers KIJI on one and a Light Head from Valhalla Tactical on the other.
