Today I take a 1st Look at some rad new stuff from Q LLC, DNT Optics and Gathering Of Minds…
GOM makes a pretty cool battery holder for helmets. Think of it is a useful counterweight when running Night Vision.
And from DNT Optics, we have their ThermNight. It is kind of crazy, an all in one day, night vision and thermal optic. To include a onboard laser range finder and ballistic software.
Lastly, the BOOMBOX! And Pork Chop. Respectively the 8.6 Blackout (big brother to the Honey Badger) and 338 silencer. Spoiler it is rad.
In it I was shooting some Just Cause Solutions subsonic ammo. While it is crazy quiet, it is optimized for bolt guns, coupled with me needing to adjust the gas, and it being 24 degrees out… A few failures to lock back. But dang it is quiet.
