Sometimes, some crazy stuff happens… Here are the two worst malfunctions I’ve ever encountered with an AR-15 rifle.
The 2nd worst malfunction happened at the Tactical Games in Texas, 2019. The projectile of the round wasn’t properly crimped and came out, pouring powder into the chamber. It was a show stopper for a minute, but possible to clear.
The worst malfunction ever happened with some frangible ammo while training at Thunder Ranch. It effectively deadlined the gun when the bullet got lodged into the gas key…
