My Carnivore Journey: Part – 1 The Beginning

In this video series I will bring you along on my journey with the Carnivore Diet. Which probably has some of you wondering what Carnivore is. Just what it sounds like. Eating meat. Just eating animal products, those being meat, fat, organs and connective tissue. The only addition being salt.

While most people don’t give much thought to what they put in their mouth, it can have huge downstream consequences with respect to health and well being. Will this make me healthier and happier? Who is to say, time will tell.

I will be keeping track of a number of metrics as I go. Such as blood labs to compare, my weight and body measurements as well as a food log. We’ll see how the journey goes.
