For years my son Ira has been wanting to scuba dive. But, you have to be 10 years old to get certified. So he saved and waited, eventually the years ticked by and came of age. Through lots of hard work, and not a few tears, he accomplished his goal. Culminating in us sharing in his first ocean dives in Cabo San Lucas over Thanksgiving 2021.
And while my oldest son, Jatta, wasn’t into diving, he does love fishing. And there we were in a boat, him at 11 years old, reeling in a Marlin that is bigger than him… 🙂
I couldn’t be prouder or happier to have shared in the experience with both of my boys.
