Jim Chambers has been a big part of the muzzle loader world for decades. And once a year they host a build class in Asheville, North Carolina. My buddy Jason, from Muzzleloader Magazine, helped get me out there and take part in this amazing experience.
Over the course of a week, I slowly finished out a Jim Chambers Rifle Kit. Starting with a roughed out stock and all of the parts, I got after it. Under the guidance of some gunsmiths, we slowly inlet the pieces, shaped the wood and eventually assembled an amazing historic firearm, one that the country was won with.
