This is Part 3 in our Franklin Lakes Adventure Log. Our first full day up at Franklin Lakes. My boys and I do some exploring around the lake looking for some good fishing spots. Eventually we find our fishing pole got broken so I do a hasty backcountry fix and we do some fishing. Overall it was a great day with my boys out on our backpacking trip.
A shared cup of hot chocolate in the morning to get these two going.
